Delivery Info

UK Delivery

We offer FREE delivery for all orders. Delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class and can take up 1-5 working days from the time of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email to let you know its on its way. Please note that Royal Mail 1st Class is not a tracked service so we are unable to offer a tracking number.

If you are not in for the delivery and the item will not fit through your postbox, a card will be left with options to rearrange.

I got an email letting me know my order has been dispatched but I still don’t have it. Why?
Please allow 1-5 working days from the dispatch email for the order to arrive. This can be longer during holiday seasons or exceptionally busy periods for royal mail. If after the 5th working day your order has still not arrived, please contact us at help@luxurylengths.co.uk quoting your order number and we will investigate.

Do you offer a guaranteed next day delivery service?
We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service via Royal Mail Special Delivery for £5.99 regardless of the order size / value. Please note that orders must be received by 3pm in order to be dispatched that same day. Next day delivery service is only applicable Mon-Fri. This method of service comes with a tracking number which will be provided. This delivery service requires a signature and will not be delivered unless one can be provided.

International Delivery

We offer FREE delivery worldwide. Delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail and can take up to 10 working days depending on location.
