Return / Exchange Policy
We know that sometimes what you receive just isnt what you expect. We provide a fantastic colour match service here but we know everyone is different and sometimes the match might just not be perfect.
That's why we take the stress out of returns and exchanges by offering a FREE service. As long as the packaging has not been opened in any way we will gladly accept it back. Our Luxury Lengths arrive in clear packaging so you can see the colour of the hair before deciding to open the packaging. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions to this rule.
Enclosed with every order you will find a returns/exchanges form and returns label, simply fill out the form and enclose, repackage the order and stick the label on the front. Take the package along to the Post Office and let them handle the rest. Please make sure they hand you a 'Certificate of Posting', this helps both us and you if the unfortunate happens and the package goes missing. We can't be responsible for any lost packages if there's no Certificate of Posting.
Once we receive your item(s) back we will process a refund straight away back to your original method of payment. This can usually take around 3 working days to show up on your card.
And remember, if you're asking for an exchange we will post you the new item absolutely FREE.
